Celebrating Jesus and joy that never ends!

Who doesn’t love a party? And there’s no greater reason to celebrate than this— Jesus is alive! That’s why this month’s theme is “Block Party: Celebrating Jesus and joy that never ends.” Kids can remember that they’ve always got something to be joyful about.

Nursery - 6 weeks to 2 years

It's springtime! We are taking this opportunity to teach our babies about the wonderful world that God made! In April and May, we are discovering God's beautiful creation all around us (the flowers, the clouds, the animals, and the people). We appeal to our babies' senses with the use of pictorial graphs, songs, and soft stuffies that align with our lesson. Our take home pages also include what we did each day and what each of our babies enjoyed about class.

Preschool - 3 & 4 years

In the month of April, our preschool class is observing Jesus' resurrection on an age appropriate level. Our main focus is about how we can have joy because Jesus is alive! Through the use of sensory play, active games, catchy songs, and a brief story time, we are learning that Jesus is alive indeed.
